3. Computer App

Today Mr. Daley didn't come. Instead, Mrs. Salant came to substitute.
I haven't done much but I had to download Alice again because my first copy somehow didn't work out very well.

During the download which was 45 minutes, I played with Scratch.
I made some pretty dam moves

After the Alice download, it took me a while to go through all the steps before I work on it.
I had some help from Anna, she made this thing on Alice which is so funny.

Oh. But. I did my work on scratch at the school computer.
I shall show you or upload a new one soon.

Today isn't really the best day ever because it is Monday 

Monday tend to be boring and just slow.
Every Monday, I go to school because thats my job.
In Korea, going to school is a job.
And we don't get payed.
Which suxks.
This morning, I really REALLy specially didn't feel like going to sleep I mean getting up.
My bed was warm
out side was cold
and I was healthy.
Whyyy???
sometimes, I wish I could catch cold easily and stuff and not go to school like few students in our school, but
those silly goose act doesn't work with my mom at all.

"Mom, My throat hurts"
"Then I will give you hot water for school you shall be fine"
"My leg hurts"
"your leg has nothing related to not going to school"

so. I came to school
also, when I opened my eyes, IT WAS 7:30

At first, I nearly roled off from my bed but luckly I didn't.

I had to shower and thought if there would be any other way to shower quickly and not getting my body wet.

And, I got an idea and washed my beard and again, I shoved all clothes for PE and stared my wardrobe.

"AHH!(big eyes) I will wear a skirt today so that I will get sick tomorrow"

so I wore a skirt.
We have to see tomorrow if I really do get a cold.

And I don't know about other people's houses, but my house is REALLY cold.
because we don't get muh sunlight, and since all things in our house is made out of rocks and this weird material, the floor is VERY cold. So it is such a pain to go down the stairs.

but I made it to the stair and went to school at 8:05.

Computer App: I thought I had this class at last block but turned out today was day three.
Mr. Daley wasn't at class because he got sick. Instead, Mrs. Salant came.
So I asked
"Miss, are you going to sub for biology too?"
"No, Mr Salant will sub"
"Ah, okay... :((((((("
Also, I won't tell you guys what I did for an hour in Computer science... but Anna knows.. lol


Biology: YESH cheese! today, we put the horrible smalling cheese inside the white sock.
Oh, but beef that, AUSTRALIANS CAME! I was like OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
SO HYPER for NO REASON
This THREE mean came and told that they work in NASA.
I thought they would tell us about their beautiful day in NASA were you get to touch silly computers and beeping robots and flashing new tech and shiny rockets.

But instead... this guy told his life. Which I thought it was so POINT-LYSS! (you get it? heheh)
He told us how we wore funny (bunny) suite when he was young, he told that he got science fair awards but failed two classes, he told us that he did a science essay type experience thing on Hawiian fruit flies so he could go to Hawaii and how we did another type thing on um. .. I forgot.

He also had this ppt sides with words that had more than 6 CHARACTERS in every sentence so I had
like NOOO idea what the hell he was trying to tell us
I was like "Wahoo he got some words there"
and ohhh he had a Mongolia pen.. you know, the pen that is extremly expensive for no reason.. ( I think)
My parents has one and like I don't get it why you need expensive pens... it doesn't write better or stuff.
But anyway, Thomas seemed really bored and annoying 7th graders came and was asking really random questions.
I wanted to stay to listen to the "Water on mood" thing but. he had to leaf.

Comming back to the "We poured cheese" part, we poured cheese.
Evgeny seemed that it was the most disquiesting thing in the world and I was the oppsite.
I thought it was fun to do.
oh and Garrett was also like "no man touches cheese" .. (idk) but fun

later, people started to puck on each other because they smelled like cheese and people just started to sing about cheese. How they are going to die if they eat it.

Jokes. None of that happend.

PE: I think I am being really rude. in PE nowdays.
I feel like. I am not being good at all in PE.
but really.
12 MINUTE RUN in this weather?
(it was winding and was FREEEEEZING)
i REMEMBER last class, Mr. B said he would run with us.
he swared last class that he would.
But really. 짜증나!

To like rebel against him,
I started to eat oranges.
And pee them on the ground.
and the oranges tasted really good.
I also said " THIS IS NOT FAIR"
 and said "I am going to TELL MY PARENTS"
which I now think that is REALLLLY childish.
hhhaha
gah.
and then Mr. B had a lecture how we are like the most worst class and I think
he stared at me. lol
I was quite frightened by his maleovent, malice, act.
I felt like Joon Ho was a scofant.
that sentence has no relation. hhaha
anyway, I knew I shouldnt act this way but.
I was really hard to not.
but to test if Mr. B still loves me, (??!!), I pulled my head up to be a captain for the handball game.
And he chose me.
So. I am not dead yet.


Band: The problem about Mr. H not comming to class, brings a lot of damage to our band class.
We had Mr. Fishman for our sub.
And since like 3 people for more went to Harvard, our class was nearly empty.
Our Flute, trombone, troumpt and Charles Breen was missing. oh AND percussions.
so it was SO AWEKARED.

AH. really. and the funny thing was (hehhehe)
Mr. Fishman was like "Is this piece.. supposed to feel empty and... yeah?"
OMG I was laughing so much inside because he was right.
Fortress was feeling relly awekard and empty.

Oh, Danial tried to speek Korean but me and Jenny started bursting to tears because
we just hahahahahah
because his accent was so NOT korean but more of American
ah
that was funny. You guys won't understand unless your are KOrean.
:D

And like if you don't know,
I was actually half? passed the AMIS music orchastra. (YAY last year, I didn't.. get in... : /)
HOWEVER, NOW I am the 6th sub lol
so far, Jenny told me 2 people are dead.
So now I am the 4th sub.
I hope four people dies some how...
but.. I don't think I will get in...
I don't know.
LUCK is what I need. And I don't get them in now finance crisests. lol
but um

Jenny told me how hard the pieces are this year.
I was like wow. thats hard.

Already end of January! D:

Sorry about the 28th post. I did kinda, finished my English project but still need to do some parts

So I did finish and then I forgot to write a post because my mind was like

"Sleep sleep is what you need" so I felt as llep.

I went to the Arena Mall on Friday with Judi, this new Korean girl in 8th grade, but actually the same age with me. We had to shop or just look at stores in 2 hours..  : /  since because of the Shabat.. thing... nearly all stores in Israel closes at 3pm which I think .. no I don't get it. I don't get Shabat because if stores want profit, they should open for 24 hours like Korea, where you can get pizza during night or dawn. However, Israelis might not think like me so. yeah. hehe. Since Castro is my favorite brand, I stayed in that store for a long time lol
I also liked many other stores but I hardly remember them.
Also the funny thing about the Mall is that they are having this huge sale now because I think it is the sale season.
But if you go inside a store, at the very front of the shop, they have this really pretty looking clothes wearing clothes that AIN'T FOR SALE.

I don't think that sentence makes sense because I am really sick right now and I don't won't to worry about
Grammers or spelling. I have the right to write what I want to. (I bet Yasmin will have a really hard time readinbg this because it doesn't make any sense and has like zillion mistakes)

I was planning to go to the Arena Mall with Heather on Sunday. But my mom was like
"no. I think all the sales would be done by then. We have to go today (today as in Friday)"
So :/ today is sunday and I got this cold. Now my throut hurts and my nose is blocked. but I am eating well.

At church yesterday, Heather and me went to church.
It was really funny because we keep laughing and talking about the randomest things in the world. lol
Like I brount a scarf yesterday and we pretended it was our tail.
hahha

also we NEVER EVER FORGET to talk about our horrible looking legs.
Heather usually complains about that she doesn't want to grow any more, and that she wants legs like Sofie. G
I usually complain how short my legs are and that it is so embarrassing to be at school where all those tall people and pretty people go to. I also never forget to talk about how Asians ain't pretty as Israelis or Americans or European people

Then, we usually talk about what we want as a present.
Yester day, we talked about Rayban sunglasses how like EVERYONE in our school wears them
and last week, we talked about how EVERYONE in our school has a blackberry
and last last week, we talked about how EVERYONE in our school lives in pretty fancy houses in Herlizya
hahah
But the sad things are that we can only talk about these things for 10 minutes because usually people asks us to serve coffee and tea.

After serving tee and coffee, we go to Yellow, a near store and buy candies and ice creams and we have to hide from kids hehe.
Oh and we get money by searching coins in our cars in the coin place thing. heheh

I reallllllly am excited to write a blog post because I enjoy typing.

So today, this was my day

7:00am: Alarm went on.
7:40am: Opened my eyes from hibernation
7:50am: Realized that today was Thursday. WHICH IS SCHOOL DAY! 'SHEEEEETT"
7:52am: Climb out of my bed
7:52-55am: grab all things for schools and start cleaning my room and brush my hair and teeth and all that jazz
7:55-8:00am: start shaving food to my mouth
8:06: arrive at school
PHHHHHHHWWWWWWWWWWW!


THAT WAS ENOUGH JAZZ FOR ONE DAY !

BAND: start new music YAY was fun and all.
I thought Jenny's birthday was today and said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNNIE!" (unnie is what you call a sister that is older than you in Korean)
and Jenny was like. "My birhtday is on Saturday... "
I was like "ah.... SHHET"


Biology: I tried REALLY hard to not fall asleep or to day dream about me and Edward shining together. But.. didn't really work after an hour.
Which is a new record. Because I usually fall asleep or day dream about me and Edaward shining together.
So um. today, we learned about the beans which was boiled, dry, and germanatied.
I don't know what that german thing word mean, but it is somewhat related to science.
I think I am REALLy dumb in bio. Because I don't get the point learning about cells that are so small
and annoying.

PE: ANNA came to my PE class and we ran the 12 minute run.
which IS BAD. I tried to rebell against Barak for making us run in this winding weather and him just standing and not running. I tried to rebell my not running and instead walking. But didn't really work out that well...
I am really now scared to check my powerschool... GHA. We also played my UN-favorite sport Handball.
I was like trying REALLY hard to get or even touch that ball.
It was kinda funny because like Alice kept on saying
"DON'T TOUCH MY BALL ITS MINE"
which.. was kinda funny. lol
but no boy said that .. hehehehe

COMPUTER APPS: I downloaded Alice and is readddy for the class :D

After school: Anna and I worked on the music for Haifa thing. today, we took the cello scene mostly in the elevater, the hall thing, and on the grass... which was right infront of the gate. So like people stared at me...
hehhe INcluding mr. Salant.
I also had to put my hands up like for 10 minutes because I didn't understand Anna's direction. lol
Anna wanted me to just put my hand up for a minute STILL
but I kept MOVING my arm becasue I thought that was what she was asking for lol
SOOO  we finished OUR VIDEOoooooh for my part :D

on tuesday, when Nives come, that shall be the day for NIves and Mr. Salant
I also am thinking to record Judi for singing :D
which will be HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLiohous.

2. Computer Apps

YEAH.
Today was my second computer app class.
I didn't do much. Instead I just learned things.

Well, before Mr. Daley came to me to ask what to do and stuff, I was reading other peoples blog. (Other peoples as in our class peeps)
It wasn't boring because it is always interesting to stock others. lol.

I actually went to the photography class blog.. I think. And there were a lot of REALLY RANDOM pictures.
Well.. except few... :D

and when I was like done stocking and looking at the photos, Mr Daley came.
He asked me to download Alice and start with Alice.

So I downloaded and had to wait for ... AN HOUR! for that to download lol
I was like "what the.. its 2 now.. so gah. fine"
and while I was waiting for it to download, I researched about this "Alice.org" thing.

Basically, Alice is FREE software to create 3D animations
Although.. the ... quality of the animation ain't that good, I think it will be useful.

After figuring out what it is, I went to Scratch.
It is another software for animation but its 2D. Which is less awesome but still good... lol

Where were you in school before AIS? For how long? Was the school a one-to-one laptop school?	Before AIS, I was in Korea were we used good old paper textbooks.
What computer/technology courses have you taken previously?	I haven't.
How much time do you spend on the computer at home on a typical school day? What are the three most common applications that you use?	I spend about 2hours for homework and 2hours or my own things I don't really use any applications... 1. Google docs. 2. prezi 3. microsoft office..
What is your typing speed. Usehttp://www.typingtest.com/ to find out. Do a few tests to warm up.	I got 44 WPM
Do you need to look at the keyboard when you type? How many fingers do you use? Do you make a lot of mistakes? Are you satisfied with your keyboarding performance?	No. I don't look at the keyboard and use all fingers. I use. 10 fingers.. I guess. I am very satisfied with my performance.
Information Technology How would you rate yourself as an information technology user. Which of the following best describe you. What would you add to give a more complete picture of your IT usage? A. I use IT all the time. I'm a very confident and competent user who can figure out how to solve pretty much anything. I like to experiment with new applications. B. I use IT when I need to use it. I see myself as competent and confident in the areas that I need. I have no real interest in spending time with IT unless it serves my needs. C. I tend to lack confidence with IT. My experience is a bit limited and I feel that I have quite a lot to learn.	I think I am type B. because I use it when I need it. But hope to learn more things here.
Computer Science: Do you have any prior experience in computer science for example programming languages (Basic, Logo, Java, Scheme, C++), robotics etc. DO you think that you might be interested in taking AP computer Science?	I haven't used any of those programming things. Yeah I would be interested in taking AP course.
Publishing: Do you have any prior experience using publishing applications such as In-Design. Are you enrolled in journalism or yearbook.	No... I haven't been to journalism or the year book. I have experience using photoshop when I was in Korea.

I welcome the opportunity to write and reflect about what I am doing. I see this as an integral part of my learning.	C. Since I write a diary, I really don't mind writing and I hope to improve my Englishhh.
